"Calm, Patient and thorough.... I just wanted to take a moment to thank my insurance agent Richard for being so wonderful throughout the entire process. I was honestly a little nervous I would be pressured or talked to in terms I don't understand= but he immediately put my mind at ease, walked me through everything step by step (calmly repeating his self for me over and over) and helped me save money. I truly appreciate his patience, professionalism, and kindness. I’m already looking forward to working with him again when I purchase insurance for my boat this fall. Highly recommend!"

"Very disappointed with this agency. I went with them because of their reviews but unfortunately, not the same experience for me. When I first got signed up, Jackie was helping me out and had promised me a rate of $386 per month for my personal auto policy and then last minute when the policy already kicked in she told me she made a mistake with one of the discounts not being accurate so my policy jumped up to $418. This was really not OK. Then I signed up for this safe and save driving program and had a tough time getting started with it. I don’t know why but a lot of technical difficulties and the agency was not supportive at all with this even when I lost that discount and again the price went up even higher I asked them to make it right and rectify it, but they could care less to do so. I just spoke to Cara and asked for the owner Kat to give me a call, but she refuses to give me a call and mentioned she’s tried reaching me in the past so I said please have her call me again, but the answer was no. I must leave this agency now and I told them I would be leaving a review. The response was, “that’s no problem, we have a five star rating - sorry you feel otherwise” aka we don’t care. Very disappointing :("
